At most labels you're one of a hundred. You walk into a writing room with twenty producers, every one of them has a different sound, and the whole thing is a numbers game — throw enough at the wall, hope something sticks. We've been in those rooms. We know how it feels to be a number.
We don't work that way. To really develop an artist you need two things the industry almost never gives you: time, and attention. So we keep the roster small on purpose, find the talent before anyone's looking, and stay with it — from the raw, unfinished version to the fully formed artist you're trying to become.
You're not a number here. You're a human being with a story and something to say. Whatever that is, we want to help you say it.
We go looking for undiscovered talent — the voice, the song, the spark that hasn't been polished out yet. We sign on potential and conviction, not on follower counts.
→The real work. Time in the room, honest sessions, the craft — finding what an artist is actually about and building it out, detail by detail, until it's fully their own.
→Passionway Records is our home for releases — singles to full projects. Songwriting, production and distribution handled in-house, so the creative chain never breaks.
→We develop artists through content too. Every release comes with one to two months of high-quality content from our sister studio, Healy Media — so the story around the music is built with the same care as the record, and the right people actually find it.

Dan Healy has spent twenty years in this industry — acting and starring in theatre all over the world, from London's West End to Los Angeles, then writing and producing for major labels, including work with Ronan Keating. He's also a photographer and cinematographer, so the visuals get made in the same room as the music.
Andreea Healy spent over twenty years in the corporate world, project managing and negotiating multi-million dollar deals for companies like Intel, Garrett Motion and Honeywell. She brings a level of rigour and care to artist careers that the music business rarely has.
Between the two of us it's a genuinely different perspective on how to build an artist. We're family, and we treat our artists the same way. You're not a number — you're a person with a unique story, and our whole job is helping you share it.
